School Workshops

The schools program is a one day event giving the
pupils the chance to experience the format used in clothing design

Re-sourcing materials
From old clothing provided students choose garments and materials needed to create their required design.

Mood Boards
Students look through old magazines to create style/mood boards

From style boards students learn how to illustrate the garments they want to create

Customising
Creating new designs from old, by restyling sewing and painting their garments

Quilt making
These quilts are great for engaging children with specific themes like the history of the area or environmental issues
